Even if you never post them you really should have some full length shots taken - that way you can be amazed as you see yourself change. I was really camera shy at first but someone told me to gut it and take lots of pictures and now I am really glad I got that advice so I am passing it along WTG !

Oh... I got the full body shot ;) but honestly its not something thats so dramatic you can tell, now in my face and chest legs and yes I can tell by measurments about my tummy, but visually its not there yet. (with clothes) I am not brave like you and go buff, (yet). However, I did do a full body shot, and it was just blah, not a big visual change, when I am near goal weight I will post on here, or myspace the before and after change, when its like WOW amazing kind of thing. Right now, its just one month, and I will post again in November. Basically, I will probably post after each post op, 1,3,6,12 months out. Miles p.s.
