Wow! One year has pasted!!

Amazing one whole year has pasted and I'm a new women inside and out. No more meds! Thank God for this surgery! I must be the happiest person alive...96lbs lost and I've stablized this weight for 3 months and thats it! I've gone from a size 16-18 to a size believe it 0-3. Can't even imagine. It's just hard to believe. Wow!!!What more can I say!

I have no clue on how to post these new pics! I'm trying. No one believes its me, including myself. I still see me over 200 pounds. Working on that one. I'm so glad its over.

Hey Kimmie!!! Sorry I haven't been good about keeping in touch but yeah! a whole year! I'm pregnant, would you believe? we've got to have a reunion! lost 86 pounds, then another 7 with pregnancy. i'm not regretting even 1 thing. Hugs! Gretchen

Congrats! On the pregnacy, wish I was? Reunion love too. So good to hear from you and that you are doing well. Boy, has time pasted or what? I so excited about having my health back and well self-esteem, too. Its amazing/! I'm just so excited for you. I do some guest speaking on my surgery when I'm back home in Alabama and help as many people as I can ge approved or help with questions or concerns. All I can say is it works.
