Im APPROVED & have a DATE!!!! God is amazing!

Good Morning everyone....I pray you all are well. Im a little numb myself....at 4:45 on Friday I received a call that I was approved, right before I have to leave town and have NO INTERNET connection! wew that was HARD!!! I wanted so bad to chat with you guys all nite long.... So I arrive home yesterday and Boom! there was my letter from BCBS...it states that my surgery date is AUGUST 15th.........omg can this really be happening! Im simply at a loss for words and frankly that doesnt happen very often! WOW!!! For those of you who had Dr. Duncan....after approval what was next? Pre-op scheduling? Im so anxious I cant sit still! I started my liquid diet today just because I look for him to tell me to...but it would be nice to know the cycle of things.....while I wait on yet another phone call

Congrats to you....I hope you nothing but success! I had surgery with Duncan's group almost a year ago. I remember you have to go to complications session then pre-op. It will definitely go quickly! Stephanie 350+/199/175

You will have a Pre-OP then Risk Assessment, basically he will try to talk you out of it... seriously. He will tell you all the issues which can happen and ect. You will also have blood work done, and they may ask you to loose X number of LBS. Miles
