well it is a ok report ...I did start working out last week but then got the flu so i have not worked out in like 4 days but i am going to today ...Eating is better not great but better .....So we are getting there slowly ....LOL .....but i am ready to get back olon track today now that i am feeling much better !!!

sucks to be sick! I felt like crap this morning but somehow barely managed a short run.

I just bought a road bike so I can do triatholons...swim, bike and run-all in one race. I'm glutton for punishment.
At the gym I like the elliptical, h20 aerobics and step.
Hubby walks for exercise.
