Our church is holding a formal banquet at the Ramada Inn. DH and I have went all out. I bought a floor length formal gown and he has a suit complete with matching vest and tie. It is going to be great.
We both work on Valentine's Day (me days, him nights) so we are going to celebrate on Monday, 2/13 with dinner out...hopefully at The Melting Pot. I love their mushroom salad and house dressing, plus I have a coupon for free chocolate fondue for two .

A planned dump fest is ok here and there. In my book Adam and I are planning on Emerils!! I think that will be fun. Hopefully I feel up to it and can stay awake.
That is our anniversary! Not sure what we will be doing. I love the ocean so maybe we can spend the night at the beach. That is where we spent our wedding night.

I have a $50 coupon to the Melting Pot. Never been. I can eat a pretty good amount of food almost 3 years out but I still always bring home a doggie bag. Can you eat enough food to justify the price or does the ambiance make up for it? Would love to hear some feedback on this place.
