Worried!!

I submitted my paperwork to CHP 3 weeks ago today. I haven't heard anything. I called the beginning of last week and they told me that it would take 3 weeks for the time I submitted the papers. Well now that 3 weeks have gone and I haven't heard anything I am worried . Has anybody else dealt with CHP, if so how long did it take for you to hear something. I have been checking the referral line but there is nothing on there. If it is a denial will I receive a letter or will the doctor get the letter? Please pray for God to give me patience, to not worry and that it will be an approval. Thank you!!!

Angie~ Hang in there, most of us has been there. I am not saying that you shouldn't call them and stay on top of it, you could fall between the cracks....Just hang in there everything happens for a reason!! Good luck!! Rhonda

I just got off the phone with them and apparently I did fall through the cracks. They said they haven't received any paperwork. Now after talking to someone at my doctors office they now have the paperwork.

Yes that same thing happened to me, you are not alone. Take names and keep notes!! Rhonda

Amen to Ronda's advice! ALWAYS take names, dates and notes about what they said and also let them know that you are writing down the info that they give you. If they know that you are keeping notes they may try a little harder to make sure the info that they give you is accurate. Good Luck! Kat
