It was a SUCCESS!!!!!!

Barbi I too rejoice that you felt God's presence and peace throughout your surgery!!!! Praise God indeed that you are feeling great!
Now, don't lift things over 15 lbs for at least a month, rest because your body needs you to do that, and walk...more each day so that in a month you are up to a mile! Get that protein in, and don't worry if you drink it and not eat it. Drinking gets in the fluids and protein. Give your body time to adjust to getting rid of anesthesia....and take your pain medicine if you need it.
So now that I've given you a lecture, I am glad to move over for you on the losers bench!!! I pray your recovery will continue to go well, and each day you will learn more and more in this amazing journey. My profile may have some helpful hints on it for post op, check it out.
hugs and blessings,
Tami
