Fresh okra, anyone?

There's just not anything my mom likes better, but it's just NOT available here in the Tennessee Valley this time of year. IF it IS availble in your local supermarket, and you're willing to help me make Christmas a bit special for my mom this year, please e-mail me. I'd really like to make contact with someone who's willing to to go market for me and ship me some nice fresh okra for my mom's X-mas gift. I'll gladly send money up-front to cover the costs, and/or send you a nice rooted plant as well. (Major gardener here!)

I haven't looked lately, but we usually have okra year round in our supermarkets in Miami. I'm not sure where it comes from. I'd be happy to check it out and ship to you if you just tell me how much and the best way to send it. Okra is definitely one of my favorite vegetables, too. luvitsunnyv
