You have got to get to Pompano!!!

Guys if you are close to Pompano...you have to get there. I live over an hour north of it and I made a ride down today to see Susan Maria. I needed some great protein and I got so much more then that! Have you read her book "Before and After" Shes AWESOME! I met her Husband and he was great too. Listen I got some incredible tasting protein drinks from her - YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THEY ARE PROTEIN - I GUARNTEE IT!!! SHes got everything from many varieties and fun flavored protein, to protein bars, to SF sauces like ketchup and BBQ, etc....SF Thai sauce, shes got these great Cheese Chips - they are made soley from cheese. Shes got some coctails for when we can have a little drink, and so much more. Its increidble - If eel it was god sent...this protein is SO GOOD. And Susan treats you like a friend and a mentor - not making you feel belittled or anything - she doesnt push ANYTHING on you, she lets you sample the smoothies - I had the most amazing morning there!
