UPSET BEYOND WORDS!!!!!

I received a call from the Insurance specialist @ Dr Rosenthal's office on Thursday. THEY LOST THE MEDICAL RECORDS that I hand delivered to them on 9/14 when I went to meet with the nutritionist and the Pyschologist..... This was all that was holding me back from having my package submitted to the insurance company!!!! I've just overnight another set to them along with a letter about my concerns.... What about the HIPPA act - they make us sign forms to say we've read and understood yet as I type my files are laying around somewhere and I feel like my life is now an open book to those who aren't suppose to have access to it. Hi Alexa - I didn't mention any names - how did you know it was Anita - and tell me have you had your operation. I feel the dr's team is great with the exception of this glitch. Let me know your opinion of their set up Thanks Barbara
