My new life began Oct 5

Hi Just so you all know, my lap band surgery went well, I am so glad I had Dr Cywes and he is a excellent surgeon, and he also found I had a hiatal hernia that he repaired as well. I am so ready to start this journey to my new life. I listened and ate as I should before, and also will follow all his orders as to what to eat. I am feeling better today than I did yesterday, and every day will be better and better. If you are considering getting the lap band, let me tell you the surgery isnt that bad. To me will be worth it to feel healthy again and be thinner. I will keep all posted as for my recovery.
