Seeking Nutritionist for Insurance Evaluation

I'm using Humana Insurance and Dr.Rehnke in St.Petersburg. I've heard of Dr. Betty Wedman-St.Louis but can't find a way to reach her. Does anyone else have any suggestions to other Nutritionist or to reach Dr. Wedman-St.Louis? I did find out she is a Specialty Author in Obesity. Over 8 books published. Thank you for the help, Mike
