Hi everyone....I want to thank you all so much for all the wonderful support you are showing me here on the message board and on my support page.......Becky is now my angel if you haven't read the previous post....how lucky am I???.... to you My dear Angel.....well its getting soooooo very close now and the nerves and anxiety and excitement is all starting to hit........not sure if I am ready to drink that lovely gallon of bowel prep stuff...but hey we have to do what we have to do to make it all come out right......(no pun intended) ........ok is this what we call nervous energy ....I will be fine...and I will be sliding my hinney on that bench so whoever is at the other end and is the smallest best be ready to sit on someones lap... Have a wonderful evening all...and I will definitely post again before friday probably thursday as I am drowning in that gallon April 3 days and a wake up to go

Hang on tight sweetie, you are in for the ride of your life. You're going to be one happy lady when you see what you've been fighting for. Did you clean the house and closets yet, that is what I was doing 3 days before...nervous energy but on the day of surgery I was so relaxed because I knew I was doing the best thing for my health. Will be keeping you in my prayers.

I remember how I felt, anxiety, excitement, " I can't believe it's really happening"...what if.....how will I cope, will it hurt.......' All normal questions and feelings. 3 days to a new beginning April!!!!! Blessings, Tami

Hi April, April is when i had my surgery. April 5, 2004. I am so excited for you. I did not have to drink that stuff. Thank goodness. What time is your surgery? I was very nerves the morning of my surgery. I was glad i had to be at the hospital at 5AM. Surgery was at 10am but moved it to 12pm. After i got there i was told at was moved. I was given a shot for my nerves and it helped some. So ask for something for your nerves. So you will not be laying there waiting around on pins and needles. Get a good nite sleep. Well, I could not sleep the night before the surgery. I tryed. Anyway, CONGRATES to you. You will do just fine. I'm glad you found a angel. I know how you felt. Before my surgery i ask for a angel. Well, She talked to me a few times and did not hear from her. Heard from her after the surgery. Mouths after surgery. She said she did not have time to be a angel. SORRY. Oh well that was ok i guess. I made it though without a angel but it would of been nice to have one. I should of done like you and ask for another one. Anyway, Good luck to you, Take care, Deb
