Three months after surgery, I am down 90 lbs! Big Wow moment came tonight as I ventured into an Old Navy store and tried on t shirts and polo shirts in an XL. They FIT!! It's been 20 years since I wore an XL The Polos were 2 for $20 and the tees $5 each. I usally pay $45 for a polo shirt at Big and Tall men. $11 size 46 jeans I bought in Walmart 2 weeks ago are getting too baggy already. I started out at size 56 waist and 3x ( pushing 4x) only 3 short months ago. I am impressed! At this rate I can pay off my surgery in clothes and food savings in no time

First of all, congratulations on your loss!! That's quite an accomplishment in three short months. But secondly, I hate to burst your bubble, but you will find that you fly through sizes soooo fast that any savings you get on individual pieces of clothing will be made up in sheer volume!! Try to buy conservatively because the new clothes you buy now will be way too baggy in VERY short order, especially if your loss continues at this rate!!! Jan 240/130/115 (but at goal size)

I don't think that he meant it that way Jan. What I got from it was that smaller clothes are cheaper and he will be saving tons of money just from not having to shop at Big & Tall. Great job Ken!

HI YOU MUST FEEL INCREDIBLE!!!!!! YOU HAVE DONE GREAT. WALMART IS A LIFESAVER WHEN YOU HAVE TO KEEP BUYING SMALLER AND SMALLER.JUST BEING ABLE TO BUY CLOTHES IN A " NORMAL " STORE IS SUCH A GREAT FEELING.I FEEL THRILLED TO BE ABLE TO FIT BETWEEN TABLES IN A RESTAURANT( THOUGH I SELDOM GO) SITTING IN THE MOVEIES IS GREAT ALSO. I ALSO FIGURE I AM SAVING ABOUT 300 DOLLARS A MONTH ON FOOD MIN. BEING ABLE TO FIT IN BEHIND A STEERING WHEEL IS GREAT ALSO. I ALSO CANT WAIT TO GO BACK TO SEA WORLD ETC AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY IF I WILL FIT THRU THE TURNSTILES. SORRY, YOU BROUGHT OUT ALOT OF THOUGHTS. LIZ
