well i just wanted to let everybody know that i really aprisiate all the support from u guys it meant alot almost had me crying. its so good to know that i can go somewhere and talk to people who understand. well my surg went so quick it still hasent sunk in yet, the doc was tryin to send me home the next day but i wanted to stay another night, its was more painfull than i thought it would be. i was most worried about going under and having the ng tube in but the ng tube didnt bother me at all ididnt like the going under part at all and waking up . but its over now and im ready to reap the benifits once that happens then it will sink in. i still have the felling that the surg wont work and ill stay the same size, i know that i will loose weight but u know how after diet after diet u always loose for alil bit then u gain it all back i just need a lil reasurance and once i drop some wieght ill have it

Hello I am so glad everything went so well. I just wanted to ask what type of surgery did you have? I have not read your profile, but I will. I am getting the surgery done hopefully in a month or so. I was going to get the lap band, however my insurance will not cover it. So I am getting the open RNY. Do you have any advice. I to am scared to go under. Please can you tell me the process you went through. When ever you feel up to it. I hope you know by Christmas you will be such a diffrent person, and you will be so happy. I have to keep that in mind. I am praying for a fast recovery for you. Michelle
