Visual Effect

I may have posted this some time back but thought it was worth posting again. I am avery visual person so I wanted to compare my weight loss with something I could see. I have lost 147 pounds so far and am 1 year out. I have equalled that to 29 five pound bags of sugar. Can you imagine trying to lug that much sugar to the check out line at the grocery store? How in the hell did I carry that around for all those years? Truly amazing, don't you think?
