Debbie, I don't know who that was but let me try to give you some information. Go to obestiylaw.com and see if that helps you. I'm a pre op lapband patient and my surgeon suggested this site in cas I was denied. Someone else who might be able to help you is Don Mills: http://www.inamed.com That's the company who makes the band and if your insurance denies you, they will write an appeal letter for you.
