COSTA RICA Plastic Surgery anyone?

Of those of you who have had PS in Costa Rica, which surgeon did you choose? Are you happy with the results? I am looking into getting a Tummy Tuck & Breast Lift (for sure), but don't know if I should get implants with the lift or not. And then, maybe possibly an Arm Lift too.
