I am curious how much food and or calories anyone who is a year out from surgery is eating. I eat about 1,200 cal. About one cup of food at a meal with a couple of snacks in between. I am getting nervous that this is too much. I would love to know how I compare to others. Thanks. Lizz

I try to stay around 1,000 - 1,100 calories per day. I see other people do eat more, but that seems to work for me. Everyone is different. Just make sure you log how much you eat every day, and then if you see your weight starting to go up, adjust your calories. Good luck to you

Wow, give me your secret...I eat enough but probably not 1200 cal a day and that might contribute to my weight slow down..also my metobolism is very s l o w...so don't compare yourself to anyone - you are unique and special in your own way. Sounds like you're doing great - continue that for life and it will be great for you.
