I'm on the loosing side!!

Hi Everyone, I had my surgery on Aug 3rd (thanks to all who posted on my surgery page, you're great!!) and am doing great. I've updated my profile page for those who want to know what my days have been like. They are kinda jumbled together since I didn't really feel like posting until 8/9. I am so very glad I did this and know that the journey is going to be tough but fun to watch as the outside me changes. I love the inside me and have always accepted the outside me, so it will be interesting to see who I look like in the next few weeks, months, and years. I want to thank Ruth Santos for coming to visit and for your calls. You are the sweetest in the world. I do remember you being there but not much of the conversation. And thanks for calling me at home too. Your support has meant a lot to me. The best news is that 8 days since surgery and I have lost 14 pounds! That just amazes me.
