Correction !!! Met another Goal....

Good morning all! This may seem silly to some but it really helps me. Along my journey I set goals for my weight loss so that I have something to work towards. Since I started at 335, my 1st goal was to get under 300 which I did some time ago. My next goal was to get under 250 and as of this morning, I am 249. That is a loss of 75 pounds since surgery and 86 since my 1st visit with the surgeon. My next goal is to get to 224 which will be 100 pounds since surgery. Only 25 pounds to go!!!! I am doing good Terri thanks for asking. I saw my pcp today. My sugar was at good levels my cholesterol was good. I did have some white blood cell counts, which I retested for. I am waiting on those results. And I have lost 14lbs since my last visit. I was over all pleased with my visit today.
