support groups

Could someone please tell me where the support groups in the JAX area are and when they are?? I know there are a couple but I cant find the info on them now. Thanks Amber

Hey Amber, Wildcat Lady and I are trying to get one off the ground in Jax/OP. Kim is out of town but we will be announcing a date when she gets back. I already have a support group started in Jacksonville. The disadvantage is that it's not through OH. I am working on that now. But it is about the lap-band and some bypass patients attend. Malissa

There is a meeting tonight at Memorial Hospital for Pre-op patients and a Nutritional meeting tonight as well. I don't know if this helps or not Take care! Mari C
