Protein suggestions?????

I am getting very bored with the same old protein shakes and etc... Can someone please give me some good & tasty recipes for early post-op (1 month)? I would gladly appreciate any suggestions or offers!!! Many Thanks & Hugs, Jen W.

Hmmmm...I loved salady stuff, tuna salad, egg salad, salmon salad, chicke salad, shrimp salad. I also made my own shakes: 4 oz skim milk 6 oz plain, no fat yogurt 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla unjury fruit of choice Good luck! Rhonda 6 months post op/ -119

Hi Jen, I add a scoop of Unflavored Unjury to my Atkins or Slimfast drinks so that gives me 40 grams with each drink. I am still doing the same at 6 months out since I am having problems eating. It has to be working my protein level was excellent in my labs.

I have tried a bunch of different products already and I'm ready and now I won't second guess products or ideas suggested on this website. When in doubt, call the nutritionist. I just started adding two tablespoons of protinex to a tall glass of crystal light. it was pretty good and gives me a little extra protein boost.
