Food & Exercise Log Monday
Good morning even though it's about 8 hours too late. I just wanted to get back on track and start posting on the food/exercise log today.
Loved that dancing Saturday. great exercise
B - cottage cheese
L- salad w/broiled chicken on top
s - nuts and raisins
D - steak and corn
s - sf popcicle
i got back on the nordic track again as well and did 30mins nordic walking this morning at work. going to church in a couple of minutes, but may do some treadmill tonight after I put the kids to bed.
I love that it is 5:45pm and still light outside! It will be a lot easier to fit in outdoor exercise with more daylight. Spring is coming!
