Hi Gangs, I don t mean to brag this but it made me feel good to wear size 16 blue jean pant with zipper up. I was so happy and some tears in my eyes. The lady at store wondered why I felt that way. Hey she don t understand how we feel this moment and we all do understand this feeling! Right ! I used wear size 26/28 jean pant with zipper up and now I wear size 16 jean pant.

Being Excericise everyday paid for this!!There were 70 percent off to clearance before they stock up Spring clothes. Do we smell spring time ??? LOL Linda W. Kathy, With how hard you are exercising, I am not surprised you are in a size 14 - you should be yelling it from the rooftops!!! You have done such a great job not only for yourself but in motivating others - you definitely have bragging rights!

Keep up the good work. I can't wait to see you again and see how great you look. Unfortunately all of the upcoming events are on my daughter's dance competition week-ends so I am out of town. HUGS, Nancy

Sorry about the size 14 comments Kathy - I meant it to say size 16 - sizes don't really matter, you'll be in size 14 in the next couple of weeks - it is how you feel and healthy is something wonderful to feel! I can't wait to say I feel great and I have gone down sizes myself. HUGS, Nancy K

Shout if from the rooftops Kathy. I know how great that feels. I cried to. Just wait, it gets more emotional as you go down. Sounds like your sessions with Linda are really paying off. Brag all you want, you've earned it.
