TGIF! First Friday of 2008 and definitly looking forward to the first weekend of this year !
How's everyone else doing on this chilly Friday? Anything good planned for the weekend?
B - 1 scrambled egg w/3 slices of bacon - 10g protein, 1g carb
S - Medium DD decaf hazelnut coffee, little cream and splenda - 1g protein, 3g carb
L - 1.5oz of beef stew (meat only) - 23g protein, 0g carb
S - 1oz mozarella cheese - 7g protein, 1g carb
D - Honeslty not sure what I'll do for dinner. I have to pick up groceries on the way home so I might try and cook or perhaps husband will or we might order, whatever we decide I'll make sure I eat some type of meat or fish!
Evening - I'll make sure to drink a protein shake, milk or something to complete my protein intake for the night!
Excercise - Grocery shopping!
B - 1 egg w/ cheese/applesauce
S - Protein Bar
L - Wendy's Chili
S - yogurt with blueberries
D - Chicken Parm. with salad
S - sf chai tea
I'm glad it is supposed to warm up. It's funny how feeling bones that have been covered with fat before, surprises me. At first I think there is something wrong and then I go, "Oh yeah, that's my hip bone." This week I can't get over my "protruding" collar bone. LOL. Can't wait to see my rib cage!
I hope everyone's New Year is going as they hoped.

OMG! Totally agree with what you are saying.... I noticed my collar bone first and kept touching it cause it felt funny and I like the sensation... then suddenly I was like, What's this I feel? My hip bone, I can feel that now quite easily... but not that visible yet... and my rib cage, just this week while i was sick and cradled under the covers... I had my hands under my chest area hiding my hands to stay warm and OMG I was like EWWW I felt something gross... and when I kept touching realized OH WOW! THat's my ribs I'm feeling... WOO HOO!!! I can't wait till some of these are more evident without having to touch, but for now I take every tiny victory!
