Ulilrat (Roberta) out of surgery!

Hi All
Just heard thru a 3rd party who heard from Rat's hubby that she is out of surgery and doing great!  She should be home tomorrow and hopefully, she'll pop on long enough to tell you all herself ^_^  Sooooo. move on down the Loser's Bench...we got a new one to add.  Actually, another gal from our Monday nite support group was Rat's surgery twin...same doctor...followed right after Rat into surgery. Can't wait to hear from each how they are doing.  Would be so cool if they were able to share a room ^_^

Thank you Nancy for letting us know how she is doing. I am glad that everything went well. She is going to come home from the hospital quickly.

How are you doing my friend? Life is great for me. I am going to try and make it to Apple Hill. I will probably bring Susan (SmurfSmurf) too. I guess I should ask her if she wants to go first!LOL

Hi Nancy and everyone else.
Thank you for keeping everyone posted. Surgery went well and was in my private room by 4. I'm of course sore, they found a hernia that they fixed while Dr. Baggs was doing the surgery. I'm hoping to go home tomorrow as I have done and continue to di my walking. Have also enjoyed a little ice chips.

Jennifer is doing well also. She got to her room around 7,as her surgery was at 3 and mine was 10. Am Looking forward to seeing everyone soin.

I am so glad to hear you are doing well.  I am very impressed you are already posting.  Heck the only thing I could do after surgery was sleep.. ohh yeah and walk around every 3 hours. 

I hope you are able to get home & get some rest in your own home.  Keep us posted,

Yeaaa Roberta....so happy to hear from the 'source' that you are doing so well.  If you need anything! pm or call me....do you know Jennifer's last name?  I have a Jennifer on our call list..just not sure if it is her LOL 
Take it easy  and don't forget to keep walking...each day will get better and better.  Can't wait to see you next week????

Hope to see ya at the apple hill outing.......I don't think I've seen you since my first time at the NOrcal Luncheon when it was at the other place.  When I'm there you're not and vice-a-versa.
