October means APPLE HILL time!!!

Time to celebrate October with fellow "losers" 

Who:   Pre-op, post-op no-op, anyone who wants friendship and 
         camaraderie while on their weight loss journey and/or  
         maintaining their weight loss. This isn't a formal 
         support group meeting but a get together among friends who support  
         one another in their quest for better health. Of course it goes without
         saying, our So Cal friends are always welcome too.
              
When:  Sat. Oct. 9th - 11:30 a.m.

Some of us will be staying over night and rallying for dinner in Placerville on Saturday night.  We sure hope you can join us!!!  Lot's of fun, crafts, fresh apples, fruit, pumpkins, walking and just a great time!!!

Hey Hey Hey!Fall is here and the foothills are beautiful!  Apple Hill is fabulous...took a drive up that way last weekend ;-)  Count Lon and me as in...won't be staying the nite (too close to home to justify the money) but we'll meet you all up at Abel's around 10Am or when ever you show up ^_^  We plan to stay the day and join in for dinner...the same Mexican Restaurant as last year?
Really looking forward to seeing everyone!

  YEAH you and Lon will be there!!! Ron will be so happy his partner in crime will be there and I'll be happy mine will be too!!!  LOL

Tortilla Flats for dinner works for me.  Shall I call them and tell them to hold a table for us?
