Yes, down valley... winds not so bad... but as I entered Palm Springs this morning OMG!!! It's something awful! Between the wind and the sand it could take the paint off cars!!! Makes for a good Dermabrasion though!
As for WWW... sitting pretty at 142 lbs and holding! Same as last week, don't want to gain, don't want to lose. And I went out to Tini Tuesday at The Lounge last night! Although my friend drank my $1 Tini. All you can eat bar food w/Tini $5.

Good Morning Everyone,
I forgot to weigh myself this morning. I was so happy that I ran 3.12 miles that I simply forgot. Plus I did not have time. I came home and stretched, drank some grape G2 and then got ready for work.
Congrats for everyone that has lost. May everyone be encouraged to keep working their tools .

Good WWW it's such a lovely day around town...well not really but fake it till you make it right!. I started the Couch to 5K program Monday so today is my W1D2. I can't wait till I get to the gym tonight (hopefully I'll keep that attitude all day).
This week I am down to 258.2 that's -1lb from last week. Slow and steady...yada yada!

The scale at home is broken. I haven't been able to weigh myself for a few days now. I miss it, but I'm trying not to think about it. :(
I might replace the scale when I get paid, or maybe not.

Just want to thank you for all your wonderful and inspiring posts. You are so supportive of everyone, and I just wanted to say thank you for being here for all of us. I am having an awesome week. I have lost 1.5 lbs this week and this has put me in a new weight range...I'm in the 130's at 139 lbs for a total of 87 lbs lost since July 3, 2007. This is a great site and an inspiration to me to keep on track.

Good morning Cali Crew!! I am down 8 pounds since my consult with Dr. Zorn on Feb. 22, so that would be about 1 pound lost per week. As long as I don't gain them back before tuesday, I'll have my surgery... woooohooooo!!! =)
