well the week is behind us....its been sad, bad, stressful, good, great and so on.

Many things have went on that have effected us in many ways....

Susan lost a dear friend, Sherlock, I had the pleasure of meeting him. Please everyone include Susan and Gary and Baxter and the rest of their family in your prayers. A loss is a loss regardless of how many legs or if it is covered in fur or has wings or fins and so on.

I have made it 5 days without so much of a sip of my last and major addiction Cokes.....I went from drinking about 12-24 a day prior to surgery to my one or two a day til last week. I hope I can kick this habit.

SmilingCourt....had a stall on the scale....she could be losing inches so I told her to get a tape measure, maybe tweak her diet and offered some exercise help. She has returned to school and is keeping focused on studies and weight loss.....YOU GO GIRL!
 
JeanieIam....checked in.....she is living in Hot Springs and is doing well and coping as best as one can when they lose their spouse . She is a beautiful strong person and will get through this. Maybe we can check on her once a week....I know she would enjoy it,.

Ronda Horselady....runs alot of errands.....rides alot of horses and named her kidney stone....lol...and she had her first substitute teaching adventure with 1st graders....yay!!!!

CybulC......bought a size 8 jeans and seems to be very happy....GOOD JOB!!!  She recently lost her MIL and is getting through this tough time even thought she hasnt felt well. Hope your feeling better. Sorry for the loss and I hope you are all doing well in thats aspect too.

WildWestMel.......checked in......she got stood up on a lake date......can you believe this man??? I mean she is hot.....why stand her up......thats B-S!!!! She is applying for another job as she is not happy where she is now....everyone cross your fingers for her in her job search.

Steve.......got his crown fixed.....and threw his back out golfing......well whats up with that??? He is still working but no news on a permanent assignment. Hope you get the news you need soon Steve.

MamaPeaches....girl you just dont post enough.....she just got back into the swing of school had a sick husband and is going through vit d and b12 issues. Did you work that out???  Girl is in a size 8 shorts and I am sure she is positively glowing!!!!!!!

Ann.....has company coming and is going to babysit the g'baby. That baby is 2 an she is gonna run Ann ragged....good exercise.......hope you enjoy your company and the wonderful granddaughter....Ann is enjoying her walks in the great weather.....glad your are out enjoying the weather and wonderful scenery and the benefits of exercise....

Wendy......ahhh I love you girl.....you gave me some tips on my wanting to start running. I am looking into the couch to 5 k.......I am happy you listened to me talk.....I love you for that!!!! I hope your finances work out and some of your stress goes away. It seems like we are all financially troubled in some way shape or form right now. Wendy is a running fool.....I think she is trying to outdo Forrest Gump.....maybe qualify for the Boston Marathon....you are an inspiration to all of us potential runners....and to those who just need to see someone achieve a great goal.

Well.....I think that about covers things.....

Everyone please register for the walk on 26 Sept......its 25 bucks and is for a good cause and you get a t-shirt and the chance to meet some of the board friends you may not have met yet. Its also exercise and only a couple hours of a saturday...please reconsider everyone.....

I hope everyone is doing better and feeling great. Say a prayer for those in need. Eat right take your vits and exercise and stay hydrated....

You are doing Great.  Don't worry.  Get your tape measure out, and keep track of the inches that you are losing.  Even though I am a Lap-Bander.  I have been where you are, and I was losing Inches.

Sorry about your loss Susan. My heart goes out to you. A couple of years ago we lost our precious Mikey. He was old. He was 15. I know I cried everyday for a whole week. Keep the memories.
