Hi Susan and friends,

Staying busy is good.   Glad to see that Saint Bella is off and running so well.

Good luck next week Rhonda.  Hope you have a great time and do very well.

Not much new here.  Just enjoying the weather and getting lots of fresh air.   I enjoyed Tammy's recap yesterday.  Didn't get a chance to respond, but what a great way to help everybody catch up in one post.   Also, Tammy, great job with the whole Coke thing.  I know its difficult, but you can do it.

Hope everyone else is well.  Enjoy what's left of the weekend.

Hey Susan,
Glad you are feeling somewhat better, or at least making the effort.  Still hard to go outside here and lil boy not jumping up on us.  As you said, life goes on. We are heading to the barn in a bit, didnt get the new saddle yesterday, they were just UNREASONABLE about the trade.  I was NOT going to give them ours to buy theirs.  Sooooo, today I head over to the barn, and learn to ride an english saddle (no horn, short back, small seat!!!)  Ive never ridden one, but this time next Sunday, I'll be gearing up to ride in the big house!!  Gosh, I cant believe a week from tonight it will be over.

Hope everyone has a great week, it will be lots of riding for me, trying to build up Coals wind so he can hang at State, they work us to death there, but its soooo worth it, or so Im told.

Will check in later,
Love to all,
Rhonda D., the nervous guts

My oldest child was in band and we did the band thing too!  Now on Saturdays I never know what I will be doing. LOL My husband enjoys watching college football on Saturday and pro ball on Sunday. By the way he is a die hard Dallas Cowboy fan. I can spend hours preparing Sunday dinner an if the Cowboys loose he will complain about the dinner, if they win I could cook hog slop and he will say Wow this is sooooo good.
Congratulations on your upcoming anniversary. In December we will celebrate 37 years. With my husbands illness I have lived out the in sickness and in health part of my vows.  Again congratulations.
Well I got to hit the shower to shampoo, shower and shine for church. Take care and have a wonderful Sunday.

Anyone available, game or willing to get together for a cuppa whatever at Starbuck's on Friday evening? Gary's going to the Salt Bowl and I'm not going since he's only going to shoot pictures anyway.

So?  Any takers????

Hi there!

I'm back among the semi-living. Keeping busy to stay focused on other things than the empty spot in our home. It will be okay, I will be too. Life goes on.

So....Jeff and Tess are coming today so she and I can get some ordering done for Saint Bella. Did I tell you we picked up a new store?  Darlings Finer Things in Newport will be carrying our products, hopefully within the next few weeks. We're negotiating now on what she wants to carry. Our etsy.com site is coming together, and our labels and packaging for the Holiday line are ready to be printed. Whew!!

Eating has been fine, but there have been a few days of some grazing I have to get a handle on. Emotional eating at it's finest. Carbs seem to be the choice...saltine crackers, tortilla chips, whatever. Glad to get them away from me and out of the house. Glad I don't have any of my Dove dark chocolate around....there'd be no stopping me!

Alright.....off and running. Hope you all have a wonderful day today. It's going to be a spectular week weather wise, so make the most of it, huh?

DON'T FORGET TO REGISTER FOR THE WALK FROM OBESITY ON SEPT 26!!!  BE THERE OR BE ROUND

Susan
