thanks for the support,,,,,,I do hope the headache goes away, I am drinking coffee and tea, I have to get rid of the Coke .....and I dont drink anything diet......So its real Coke or no Coke.....I am going for no Coke

I checked out sparkpeople, and signed up, and also am going to go to the book store and look for those 2 books you mentioned... I also looked up everything you mentioned, and know how to properly do all the exercises now... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I love you and am so excited to be doing the right exercises now... Oh and I measured myself, and I have lost 3 inches... thats why Im not losing pounds... Thanks again Tammy.. See you soon at the walk =)

Good for you. I know what you are going through, my addiction was the coffee. I kicked the caffeine coffee the day of surgery. I still start my morning with a cup of coffee but it's decaf. I remember saying I would never drink decaf coffee now I proudly sport my cup. LOL Hang in there it will get better and the headaches will go away. I proud of you.

I have dr. baker also, finally had my consult after 10 mo. got everything done having surgery on sept. 14 have medicare and medicade !!! they said medicare is paying for it. the food for 2-weeks prior is $127.00, which I wasn't prepared to pay, but I did.

isn't this weather amazing??? It's supposed to be like this all week, too! I'm going to surprise Gary and mow the back yard tomorrow.

Tammy did do a great job with the recap. Maybe it will help people come around more often if they know what's been going on? We can only hope.
