What a sweet boy!  I have a 4 1/2 year old daughter (in addition to my 14yo daughter and 8yo son) and she has the sweetest little heart, too.  Don't they just melt your heart?

We had a busy weekend, too.  Friday night, my son had a soccer game and then I had to pick up my older daughter from the Catholic High football game (teenagers).  While I was waiting for her, I went shopping with the intention of getting a few pairs of pants that won't fall off my butt, but I ended up getting fall clothes for my little girl instead.

Saturday, I rode my stationary bike and did some dumbell stuff (WOOHOO!!!), then took Older Daughter to the mall, again with the intention of getting pants for myself along with whatever she needed.  However, she, being a moody & indecisive teenager, used up every last iota of our time and we had to skeedaddle home so I could take Little Daughter to a birthday party.  I did get a couple pairs of sunglasses, though.

I mostly vegetated on Sunday.  I figure over the course of the weekend I got plenty of exercise between mall trips and such, so I feel pretty good about it overall. :)

P.S.  Have you been to our new Kroger yet????  It totally ROCKS!

my weekend not so good. Grandma in Hospial ICU. She fell about 2 weeks ago and busted her head really bad She was doing better and sent to rehab. Than friday they sent her back to ICU. Pressure building on brain. If they don't operate she won't make it. If the do she may not make it. So Saturday morning the split her skull and relieve the pressure. She is doing better today. Not really good yet but she made it and is doing better.
And Friday night my dad has a siezure and almost dies. they had to shock him to keep him alive. Saturday they put a pace maker in him. He is in ICU doing a little better today.. Both in same town but 2 different hospitals.

Busy weekend for me too...Friday nite went to the Sylvan Hills football game to watch my son direct the band.  Saturday worked then came home and watched DH build bunk beds.  Sunday finished watching him build the beds plus decorated for Halloween/Autumn...Sunday nite went to see "Fireproof" ..for free.  Dr. Inman paid for the whole theater and a friend of mine at work gave us 5 tickets.  It was a good film by way more religious than I am :)  Now just kind of worrying again about DH's lack of work.  He needs steady income..but this year has been crap for that.  He's trying to get on with one of the companies that are drilling for natural gas.  That would surely help.

I've had a crazy past couple of days! Let's see...I decided on Wednesday I wanted a new vehicle. Got the technical stuff out of the way (lending, payoff, etc) while I was at work. Wednesday night I went and drove a Jeep. It was nice, but plain. Thursday I came to work only to find we were completely caught up so I didn't have much to do besides research other vehicles. I took half a day Thursday and half a day Friday so that I would have 4 days to seal a deal somewhere. Thursday at noon I went to Saturn since they are right down the road from work and I have been off and on with their Vue for awhile now, but never driven one. I went and drove one after looking and looking at the different options they had on the lot. I loved it so I bought it. If only car buying was easy! I was there for about 4 hours after I decided I wanted it and I had my own lending!

The good news is that I was off all day Friday since I expected to buy on Friday. Anyways, Friday I stayed home and got the house cleaned besides my chiropractor appointment. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back caused by the positioning during my surgery that I am finally getting taken care of. Saturday we went everywhere. My sisters(twice), the mall, Lowe's to get wood blinds for the house, wal-mart, you name it! Sunday I got up early and went to take my 2 month old nephew's pictures. They turned out great! Then we went to my in-laws(grrrr) and then to Winslow to fix my tree stand up a little. Then we came home and mowed the lawn(actually Johnny did since my back is messed up) and hung a set of blinds.

By Sunday night, I felt like I hadn't gotten a single thing done and my list was getting longer. My bow is coming in tomorrow (long story, but it was on back order for a LONG time) and we are going out Saturday so every night this week I will be practicing instead of getting the stuff done that didn't get done this past weekend!!

You are going to love your Saturn Vue.  I have a 2004 and have never had any problems...knock on wood...plus the service dept. is really great.   Enjoy your new ride!

Well I spent the weekend out on Hurricane/Gray Lake (midway between Bald Knob and Augusta).  It was my roomie's birthday and camping is what he wanted to do.  Even though it got very cold at night, the mosquitos were terrible.  I tore alot of dead trees up with a little axe.  Ended up with blisters everywhere.  I found a crawdad, it was itty bitty, tiniest my roomie says he has ever seen.  So I carried it closer to the water.  There were about a hundred crawdad mounds.  I guess the part we camped at was under water not long ago and I believe earlier this year to when we had all that massive flooding all over the state. I didn't do any fishing, NONE.  I mainly lounged about on the camp chair and got ate by mosquitos.  But it was fun.  We ended up leaving first thing Monday morning because Roomie woke up with his eyes swelled shut and rashes everywhere.  Now they are tiny pinpoint blisters covering like 90% of his torso.  It is poison something rather, don't know which one, but they are all the same to me.  I am going to try to talk him into going to the hospital for some IV steroids, because he won't beat this on his own, no way, not as bad as it is.

Other than that, I have been terribly busy doing nothing, don't ask me how on earth I can get so behind on doing nothing, but yeah I can and am.
