My MOM has a Date!!!

My mom has her consult with Dr. Baker on 09/11/08 and her surgery (open RNY) is 09/22/08!

Thats so exciting. Congrats to your mom.

That's just too cool.  At least she will have you to help guide her through everything along the way. 

That is so wonderful Wendy!!! I know she is grateful to have you to help her with everything. You will be of great support to her.

Oh my go**** has just been crazy around here. I haven't been on too much. But I do check in once in a while. Just seems like the summer has just flown away.  I don't know if I will be at the walk. My family has planned an out of town visit with my Grandmother in Missouri for that weekend. So I feel like I need to go see her. She is 89 years old and has Alzhiemers(sp?). We only get to go two or three times a year. That weekend all of us sisters ( four of us) have planned to go. So we will see. But I really want to go to the walk too. But at the same time it is hard for all of us to find a weekend to get together, that we are all not doing something else. I will try to get on here more. Miss you guys!!!!!!!!!

Miss you too!!!! I will try to be on more. Just been very busy lately.  I gotta get to the resale shops. I have one pair of leisure pants that I can wear. I'm going to get caught in cold weather with no britches to wear if I don't get up there and get me some pants. LOL
