Need help, please !!!!

I am trying to find out some information for a patient looking for a support group in the Montgomery/Prattville area.  Could someone please send me information regarding this if you know of any groups in this area?

They have a support group meeting in Prattville at the Doster Center w/ Dr. Mora.  Every 4th Monday.
