What a day

I worked from 9AM Sunday until 10AM Monday. Left there and started to my sons house 10 miles away. The motor blew in my 21 year old Grand Am. I called a friend and she took me to Shans I picked up my Mazda, that is what I was going for in the first place. I took it back to Arab and went and had a tire repaired. Then went back to the Grand Am and empties it out of all the junk. Called the junk man and left a message. Went back to Shans house and picked up my truck and took it back to Arab and got two used tires put on it and a headlight put in. Left there and went back to Shans and picked up the Mazda and and started home. Got halfway there and the junkman called. Said he would meet me at the car for me to sign the papers. Tur
ned around and went back to the car. Waited 55 minutes for him to get there. First words out of his mouth is how much do you want for it. Duh. I don't know. I told him I spent $57 at the tire shop today give me that. He gave me $60. And I signed the papers and left. Got home at 1:45. Hopped in the shower and jumped in my clothes. I left home at  2 and drove to Snead and picked up my baby sister. We had to be at a funeral in Oneonta at 3. The funeral was over at 4:30(when I die a timer is going to be set for 15 minutes after that the preacher will be gagged and toted from behind the podium)Grabbed a sandwich and took sis home. Dropped her out and drove back to Arab. Went by my workplace to see if the needed any help before I went home. Got home at 5:45. I took a 30 minute nap now I am good to go for a while.
Tommorrow night I have to go to the funeral home. Three kids who ride my bus, ages 6 9 13. Their Father has been fighting cancer for 3 years. He passed away Saturday night. He was 35.
If you think of it say a prayer for this young family.
It has been a long day but it's over with. When I broke down it was close to home and help. I gave $200 for the car  20 months ago and I more than got my moneys worth from it.It averages out $10 a month And this car lasted me until I was able to get the motor repaired in my Mazda. So I'm not fussing. I feel like I've been really blessed.

Yeap. When will it be convient for you. I could come Friday and I promise to leave Saturday. Or I could come down Thur and leave Friday. Which is better for you. I know our botiques won't be open Thur. But we could make rounds Friday. I have to go back to school Jan. 6 as bad as I hate to. Love, Miss Mary

I don't think you can afford to feed me two days and two nights. Let me warn you lots of people have invited me to stay with them and I've stayed but I've never been invited back a second time. Go figure. Love, Miss Mary
