3 week PS Check up
Hello Bama Family,
I had my 3 week check up today from my panniculectomy. The doctor says I have to wear my binder for 1 more week. I go back in another 3 weeks and he says just to continue to take it easy. I have a small amount of swelling, but the difference between my before pics and now is awesome.

I made it to 173 then went back up to 195..Now its time to get busy again and lose this weight that I have gained. I quit smoking and put some weight back on. I am going to get it off starting NOW!
