I was just going to post and ask you for the # that you posted a few weeks back for the LaQuinta and where it is located? We will be going down on Friday and picking up the boys and then Brandi and Darryl will come on down when he gets off work. Jay and Aimee might spend the night in Mobile and come on in the next morinng. Do you know how far from the port this motel is?

Thanks Carmen. I went back thru posts and found it last night. It is located on the west bank in Gretna.  I had remembered that I had posted to your post and found it real quick. I am going to call today as I have some questions to ask.

Louise...I promise I am going to get this information for you.  I will probably have to wait until I get home from work tonight, though.  Sorry about this.

Ok...the phone number is 504-368-5600.  It is not far at all from the port.  It is the LaQuinta Inn.

Since we don't board until 12:30 we have decided to wait and go down on Saturday morning.  We got our travel documents in the mail last week.  We are really looking forward to this trip.  We need it!!!
