Randall, thinking that you are healed is dangerous thinking with blood sugar.  You need to be considering using the noggin that God gave you and watching what you eat, how much you eat, taking your medications, and behaving yourself.  Prayer that you will follow the prescribed path for long life and living with diabetes seems to be what you are needing more than a false sense of a few hours of low blood sugar ...because you got scared and did what you were supposed to do...is not a healing.  Healing takes a lot longer than a day or so....and you know that.  God gave you a brain to use and to take care of your own needs.  He provided the means, but He gave you free will to accept it.  140 is still too high, and you know it.  The recommended these days is somewhere around 100 and preferred below.  You are a long way from healed.  All God did was decide that you had a little more time to learn how to control this and stop acting like a ninny.  I am praying that you will use what God has provided and take an active part in your diabetes control.

I have gone from being considered diabetic to being considered not diabetic.  However, if I start back eating too much sugar and carbs, I will be back in the same shape.  It is a constant battle.  Just like alcoholism or drug addiction, once you have had diabetes, you can fall off the wagon and go back to something as bad or worse than what you had before.  Thinking that something is close to normal is not a healing, it is a reprieve to do better and live longer.

Hi Karla.  I am using my "noggin" HEHE by watching my food, and staying on my meds.  I am also claiming my healing too though.  God promised us in His Word, the bible, that He WILL heal.  I know He can heal through meds and through other measures.  I'm just thankful to have a normal blood sugar no matter if it is through meds or whatever.  I think you misunderstood me.  LOL  I'm not hard to misunderstand.  80-120 is normal range for a diabetic and 140 is wonderful for me.  After many days of 220-600+, I think that is great!    Promising to live longer and better.............

PTL!!! That is GREAT Randall.  I'm glad you are using your 'noggin' and watching your food and staying on meds AND claiming your HEALING.

Keep taking care of yourself.

Happy New Year to you and Lucy!!
