Change of plans...OMG!!!!

There has been a slight change of plans in our Chirstmas plans for tomorrow. We were going to take cake to the assisted living center where my grandmother lives, everyone meet there and exchange gifts with her and the grandchildren (younger ones). Well, the older boys, mine adn my aunts think it is just awful that we are not having a big Christmas dinner this year (for the first time). Well, since I only live two miles from the facility, we have decided everyone will be coming here for Christmas dinner instead. It is 11p, I havenothing cooked and my house is in shambles. I am not worried aobut it, it will come togehter. Thank goodneess I bought a ham, some rolls and a lemon pie today. I was planning on cooking ofr just my family (hubby, our son, his girlfriend and myself) after we return fromt he facility where my grandmother lives. This will be much more fun. Everyone is bringing a dish that they have the ingredients on hand to make (sonce all the stores will be closed). This should prove interesting to say the least. It's begining to feel a lot like Christmas! I am so excited!!!!

This is great and I know you will do a great job and be the perfect host.  This is what Christmas is all about!  Family.  I'm so excited that my son is home.  It DOES feel a lot like CHRISTmas!  My family is WHOLE again.

Allison just woke up and wants PRESENTS!  Gotta run.  Have a great day my friend!

How blessed you are to be surrounded by family at CHRISTmas.  Everything will turn out just fine.  I think it's great that you visit the retirement home.  I know visits mean the world to the residents, especiallay during the holidsys.

Have a blessed CHRISTmas day!

Sandi
