Way back in the day my mom and I helped raise our cousin. Teresa is the sweetest thing. Her mother was an alcoholic and had mental health issues. Mom and I dd our best to fill the empty space in her life.
Over the years she grew up, married and got her life straightened out. Somehow we lost contact.
Fast forward to yesterday..mom called and let me know Teresa was in a ba situation and needed help. She has 3 little girls, 5, 18 months and 4 months. Without going into details, she is not in good spot though she works hard daily. Her hubby sells cars and in thi economy..well lets say it is not good. He has also been stepping out on her. He had WLS a couple of years back.
Mom and I decided to help her out. I got her a gift card with quite a bit of money on it so she could get what she needed for the babies. Well, I am in love with her precious daughters. They have no granma, as both T's mom and her hubby's mom have passed away. We are her only family. Anyhow, the girls took to me like a duck to water. I am hoping to be allowed to be a part of their lives. I want to be a good influence for them, and be T's friend, because she can really use one. Please, if you can, say some prayers for these wonderful babies and their mom.
