Frosting Fudge
Chill, then store this fudge in the freezer. When taken from the freezer, it is cold, but creamy, so it can be served right away.
1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon cream or milk, cold
1 container ready-made creamy frosting
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Peppermint extract
Stir sugar, milk and frosting together, then add the flavoring of your choice. Pour and place in the freezer. This can be stored in the freezer up to four months.
You may add chopped maraschino cherries, nuts, chips, or whatever you desire to the fudge

Hi Karine!!!! How's that new baby??? I used this recipe once....maybe this is it?
2 package vanilla milk chips
1 can Pillsbury Vanill Creamy Supreme Icing
1/2 t. peppermint extract
4 drops of red food coloring
2 T. peppermint candy cane chopped up
Put vanilla chips in a pan on the stovev and cook at medium heat. Stir until chips are melted. Add the icing to the pan and stir (continuous stirring). Take the pan off the heat and add the extract and stir until it is dissolved. Pour this mixture into a pan. Add one drop of food coloring in each corner of the pan. Take a butter knife and stir this until the food coloring has been swirled into the fudge. Add the chopped up peppermint to the top of the fudge. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and put in the fridge until the fudge is hard. Cut into small pieces.
Have a great great Christmas, Karine!!!

Hi Carmen!! That was the exact recipe I was looking for. Thank you so much!! Where did you find it?? Kayleigh is doing great... she is starting to fill out her clothes now. At the beginning, premie clothes wouldn't even fit her. I would love to post some pics of the kids in my signature, but I have no idea how to do that. Do you? Thanks again for the recipe!! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!
