Good Morning!

Wow! I get on this morning to try and play catch up and everything is different! I like it tho. So how is everyone? Ready for Christmas? I sure ain't. Things have been so busy around here. Nate has had alot of appts to go to and we found out yesterday that he is having alot of trouble dealing with the stress lately. I knew that it was bothering him (just finding out about diabetes) but I didn't know exactly to what extent. He started getting to be very emotional, then it moved on to becoming rebellious. We took him to see a therapist and it seem he might be suffering from Oppositional Defiant Disorder and/or ADHD. We will be going back for farther testing on the 5th to be sure. I hate that they can spend 30 mins with my child and then "label" him when I didn't have a clue. I mean I'm glad that he is going to get the help he needs, but I don't want him to have to go on meds on top of the 4 shots a day and sometimes countless finger sticks. I wish I could just wrap him up in a blanket and make him magically go back to a baby so I could just hold him and protect him from everything bad in the world. But, I know thats not possible so we just keep on keeping on as they say. Everything is gonna get better. We have our ducks in a row now to help him and us better deal with everything. All 3 of us are gonna be getting the help we need and things are gonna start looking up. This is as far as we fall. Time to pick up dust off and move forward. I know its gonna be a long tiring rough road but we can do it together. I will keep you all updated and I miss you guys.  Let me know how you are doing. Love you all.
