Updates and thank yous!

Hello Bama Family,

I would like to say thank you first and foremost for all the prayers.  I thank Julie, Gwen, Loretta and everyone else for checking in on me.

I am doing much better today. Tomorrow will be 1 week post-op. I was able to get me drain removed today. Dr. Feagin says I am doing wonderful.  I have had very little pain but a whole lot of soreness.   They removed about 10 pounds of excess skin.

Today is my first day to be back on the computer, so I am trying to remember everyone I need to thank, but I am sure to forget names.

Julie, again thank you so much for the Precious Moments Waterglobe. It was a real surprise.

I enjoyed being your secret pal.
I know you will always cherish your gifts that you received from our dear friend, Donna.
I was so honored to be her secret pal - I knew her so well and it was too easy to buy for her - and write to her! She so loved this time of year! I guess because she was a December baby and loved the Spirit of the season!!
It is so good to remember her. I will always think of her when I play secret pal.

I am praying for you and I know each day will be better than the day before!!!

Tommy, so good to hear from you.  I hope you will call me sometime and let me hear from you. I've been at a family Christmas gathering out of town tonight and I'm heading to bed or I'd give ya a holler right now.  Anyway, know that you are being thought of and prayed for.

Good morning my friend.  You've been in my thoughts and prayers.  The same day you had your surgery, I was at SEAMC getting an epidural but I had no clue you were there till I got home.  I would have checked in on you before I had it.  I'm glad you are doing better and I AM SO PROUD FOR YOU!
