Has anyone dealt with Dr. Birch?!

Dr. Birch was fantastic to me. Very compassionate but also realistic and firm with both my expectations and the expectations he had for me. At the hospital after surgery he was wonderful, he really does care about his patients, my surgery went so well it was amazing and I had no complications of any sort. You are fortunate to have him, best wishes on your journey.

After reading all of the replies I would like to say thank you everyone for your wonderful feed back you have really eased my nerves in regards to my upcoming appointment. You all seem to be in different stages of this whole journey but doing quite well. Good luck with everything each and every one of you =)) I will let you all know how things go!

I really liked Dr Kwon as well, I seen 3 of the doctors there during my clinic visits, she was probably my favorite lol
Straight to the point, no BS etc
Dr. Sharma was really nice as well, a total people person.
all of the staff there are super nice!

awe so do you remember what she goes over when you see her , like perhaps your food records and such maybe or just the surgery you want to know about ?

She goes over your paperwork, labs etc etc

your nurse and dietician will go over your food journals and stuff with you.
She'll answer any questions you might have, go through the different surgeries with you, answer any questions you might have about each surgery, pros and cons of each etc...

it is nice to finally have found a dr who acually cares and takes the time to find out what the problem is. i went in with stomache pains and there was no way they were going to let me leave that hospital without knowing what the problem was, immediate ct scan and scope. turned out to be ulcers. seen the doctors again, medication given and had to go back the next month. i wish more people in this profession were like that. truly godsends they are.....that whole clinic staff

I was very blessed to have a great dr.. he is straight to point. if you do the work he will support you if you " bs" he will let you know.. have faith I did alot of research on his past medical accomplishments and to me he was the best choice for me..
