What did ya eat today - Friday?

Hi All! I know this is early but like yesterday I didn't post early so I never got it done. So I figure I better do it tonight!!! My husband's annual family reunion/campout is tonight! Anyway.. here are my damages so far and my planned snack for later! B: 1 egg scrambled, 2 oz lean ham steak diced, 1/2 ounce of moteray jack cheese on a very small high fiber/whole grain tortilla (one of those from the SB meal kits). L: Homeade chili - 1 cup and 1 oz light mozz cheese stick D: We are having smoked pork tenderloin (been smoking all day!) and I am going to try sweet corn for the first time today. Up till now I haven't tried any corn other than popcorn. Gonna have a really small piece of an ear. S: 1 oz beef jerky and 1 mini bag of popcorn with spray butter fats 33, carbs 63 (a tad high b/c of chili and popcorn but I need something munchie tonight while everyone else is eating their junk), protein 94, cals 878 Have a great weekend everyone!

Hi Melissa, Oh I am SO GLAD this week is over!!!! It will be crazy again next week but for the next two days I think I'm not going to step outside my front door and just soak in the peace. It has been a bad week eating and that time of the month on top of it all..ugh. The days I was away from work and home I did really well with pre-planning my food and managed to not eat anything that would make me dump or be bad for me but by the time I got home I wanted to stress/exhaustion eat so badly that several days i went to about 1200 calories and I try to stay around 8-900 lately. So far today and what I think I'll eat tonight: 1) 1/2 chicken/cheese rollup, frosty protein shake 2) 140 cal protein bar 3) 140 cal protein bar 4) 80 cal sf yogurt, 1 mozz stick 5) 1/3 cup nsa cho**** cream 6) will prob. eat 3 oz. chicken and 1/2 cup watermelon or cucumbers It is already 86 degrees in the house with all the fans running, too hot to exercise but that would sure be the best thing for me now to burn off some of this stress. Think I will get up early tomorrow before it gets too hot and work on my stair stepper again. Boy, do i feel it when I don't get my usual exercise at work!!! (and I don't like it!) Because I've been having stomach issues, I've not been eating my usual diet. 1) Atkins Advantage protein bar 2) 1/4 c. blueberries & 2 TBSP Sugar free cool whip 3) 3 oz beef jerky 4) 1/2 oz chex cereal 5) 1/8 cheeseburger pie *no crust recipe* (lowfat cheese/fat free half and half/2 eggs/ground sirloin/onion soup mix) I've not done the math on calories/protein/ etc.

Happy Friday! Wow - cant wait for sidewalk sale Saturday! I will have to bring some snacks cause it will be a long day... and it will count as exercise too! B - South Beach protein bar 140 cal. 2 slices melon S - protein hot chocolate L - 2 huge shrimp (mmmm.. mmm. good) grilled veggies from last night - about 1/2 cup S - 3/4 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal Sugar free Jello - chocolate mint D - Grilled Chilean Sea Bass (seasoned with olive oil and garlic) more grilled veggies from last night watermelon And I might have some low carb hot chocolate with half milk/water before bed =) Noticed the popcorn and jerky as snacks - they both sound really good. Will have to try! Crustless hamburger pie sounds really good too. Talk to you tomorrow, Rebecca
