I didn't do too well... Breakfast 1 bowl of Kashi crunchy cereal Lunch peanut butter and ritz crackers Supper Deer roast w/gravy, green beans and sweet potatoes Nite time snack 1 Fig newton Today Breakfast Sauage gravy biscuit Lunch 1/2 chimichanga with chicken and beans Snack not sure right now Supper baked pork chop, cabbage and another veggie not quite sure yet I need to get more protein in my day. I went to the store today and got me some carbcountdown yogurt and some more of my liquid protein from GNC. I just wish I could find something different. I get tired of tuna and chicken. I have been very bad today. I haven't been feeling well due to a bad reaction to a med and haven't eaten much, so I went and screwed it up eating very bad today. am shake b-fast: 2oz chicken, 1/2 oz low fat cheese on a low carb wrap snack: apple with pnut butter ok, so where did I mess up? Here: after the apple, I ate 4 tootsie mini rolls dipped in peanut butter. I had the 'chocolate need'. and went for it full force. LuncH: 3oz fish 1/4 c rice and a plum tomatoe snack: shake don't know what supper will be, probably chili. Got some leftover in the 'fridge and I don't feel like cooking Nona

Kimberly, I really don't count calories. I eat very low carbs,lots of protein. Breakfast..... Protein shake, Lite and Fit Yogurt, Lots of Coffee Lunch..........4 slices turkey breast,2 melba toasts Dinner......... 2 Lean Cusines..... I eat the Glazed Chicken and take off the Rice Snack...........1 mini pack Animal Crackers Late Night......1 Navel orange I drank about 64 oz water. How did I do. I am still holding down between 130-133 pds in my weight . RNY 12/15/03......245 lbs At present...........132 pds -113 pds "AT GOAL" Have a great Thursday... Lorraine

Good Morning Dec. folks It's been forever since I actually started a thread... I do check in every day to see what's happening with all of us.. Anyway- I had responded to Diane's post re- a daily food log...I shared my struggle of maintainance as well as hunger pangs (mostly head hunger).. I wanted to log in my food and exercise plans for the day, just to be accountable to someone other than me- B- balance gold bar L- green salad topped with chicken, 1 T low fat blue cheese dressing s- yogurt D- chicken, broccoli, stove top stuffing (1/2 cup) s- oatmeal w/ 1/4 c raisins... exercise- 40 minutes of circuit training @ 10AM Have a great day Elaine

Yesterday I didn't feel well, so here's my menu am:shake b-fast:shake snack:1/2 pear lunch:1/2 cup broccoli snack:shake supper:1/2 cup broccoli and a sf/ff ice cream Tons of water Today, so far am Shake b-fast:protein chips, only 2 carbs from Beta Foods. Not bad, either and 16 g of protein. snack: low carb yogurt lunch: 3oz fish and 1/2 slice toast snack: will be a shake at 3:30 Don't know what supper will be. Probably another shake, as the fish didn't set well. If I feel better, then it will be 2oz chicken and 1/2 cup green beans. Nona

Thanks to Diane for the idea I thought I'd start a thread for today. It is only 9am here so maybe we can use yesterdays foods to give us all a good idea where we are . Breakfast: 2 protien drinks, mixed w/coffee and SF vanilla syrup Snack: 1/2c corn pops cereal w 1/4c milk Lunch: chedder cheese (1-2oz??) whole wheat crackers, pickle spears Dinner: 2oz steak, 1/2 small baked potato w/cheese, 1T broccoli Snack: 2 bites cookies n'cream ice cream. I also drink 80-100oz of water, propel or crystal light each day. Yesterday was way high on carbs, usually much less for me. How are you doing???? Diane Go****s been so long since Ive posted here... I check in just about every day but rarely post.. Struggle is my middle name at this point and I think your daily food log idea is wonderful and necessary for me. I barely hit my 100 lbs loss and am having difficulty maintaining because my appetite is back with a vengence... i seem to get hungry and begin with the "food thoughts just about every couple hours.. and what's really frustrating for me is that when I'm consistant with my exercise is when my appetite is in 5th gear... go figure.. oh well.. have a great day elaine
