Britt,
Sorry the girls are sick again! Hope it's over soon!
Also, you maintained and didn't gain so that's success!
My Stats:
Starting weight: 245.25
This Week: 130.75
Total Loss: 114.50
BMI; 22.4
I'm still having trouble with grazing and I'm pushing the envelope in the sugar area more and more. Someone kick me in the butt before I start gaining!

The big day is Wednesday. I know you must be a bundle of nerves and excitement. Add a bit of dread and apprehension to the mix too I bet. We are all going to be thinking about you. I would love to see some before and after pics when you feel up to it. You know I envy you getting your "bat wings" done. My skin hangs at least 8 inches. YUCK!!!! I am excited for you! Just no scary surprises this time, ok?!!
Keep us posted.
Hugs,
Valorie

Wanda,
Glad to here DH will be home this week. Bet you won't be doing much shopping if he gets to stay over the weekend! Your credit cards/checkbook will thank him too.
You'll make it back to the gym when your body is healed and ready. Don't push yourself.
Hugs,
Valorie

Deidrah,
I am so proud of you for re-commiting yourself! It takes courage to know that you have been going down the wrong path and to make sure you find your way back is a struggle. Joining the gym was the BEST thing I have done for myself since WLS. Bet you will feel that way too. The personal trainers are expensive but they are so worth it to get you going. I did 12 sessions with mine, 2 days per week like you, and now I feel confident when I work out by myself. I have even gotten a friend of mine to come with me a couple days per week and I am her PT! I work the heck out of her. Good for her and for me! I told her I was going to start charging the PT fees soon so she had better get her sessions in now while I am still free.
Thank you for letting me know that my posts have helped you. I am humbled by you words. I always look to others on the board for inspiration. Would never have believed I, too could inspire. Again, thank you.
Keep up the good workouts and keep the carbs in check. You will see so much improvement in how you feel. Hopefully the workouts will help the edema too. Let us know if you have a bad day. Everyone here is so supportive. We help each other daily.

Wanda,
You mentioned in another post that Randy would be home this week! I hope he gets to stay a while this time! His poor neglected wife will make him pay if he doesn't!!!

Shawn,
Don't get disappointed! And, remember, like the Beck Diet Solution says, making one less than perfect choice doesn't have to lead to a whole day of less than perfect choices. We can get back on track the very next bite too! It's hard to remember that at times! And, no one can be perfect!!! Sometimes all we can do is make it one minute at a time!!!

Valorie,
You are VERY close to Onederland. You will get there SOON. Stay motivated and don't let those coworkers lead you down the road to temptation!!!
