Oh my goodness...six weeks?! I bet you were going crazy. That's so frustrating. Congrats on your seven pounds. I've never lost that much in a week--ever!
I am so struggling with getting my exercise in my pool is closed til Jun 11 and I think so is my commitment LOL. My goals for this week is to go to a different pool at least 2 times and 3 times on the elliptical at work.
Starting weight 298.5
Last week = 188.5
This week = 185.5
Loss this week = 3
Total loss = 113
BMI 34.4
I was really glad to loose 3 pounds this week. I'm fitting in to some smaller size pants and feeling really good about myself.

Deb. you and Britt are making me motivated to try that dreaded eliptical again. I swear three minutes is all I could stand! I embarrass myself every time I've tried it in the past.

I have to tell you when i first started I could barely do 5 mins on level "0" @1.9 mph - then I added 5 minutes and finally got up to the standard 20 minutes increasing intensity each week. Now I can do 40 minutes level 6 between 4.7 and 5.3 mph. That is amazing to me. I get off driping in sweat and KNOW that I 've had a great work out. I normally do 30 minutes at that level and speed.
I still hate the elliptical ...because it is hard ... but I know it works.
