Weekly Weigh In (for week of 5/28/07)
Britt,
Thanks for remembering the real reason for the Memorial day "Holiday"
I lost my nephew in Iraq in November, and this was a very emotional weekend, we tend to not think about it with everything so far away...
Anyway, the evil, evil carb monster has been tempting me way too much...
Here are my stats...
Initial consultation 229, BMI 36.9
Surgery weight 225
last week 146
This week 146 (BMI 23.5) for the 3rd week...
Total weight loss, 83 pounds, 6 pounds to goal!
Hope everyone has a wonderful, short work week!

Sandy, you are doing so good! I think there are three of you in the 140's now (or below). I can't wait til I join you!
Starting weight 202
Last week = 121
This week = 118
Loss this week = 3
Total loss = 84
Beginning BMI=35.1
Current BMI=20.3
I can't seem to stop losing! I'm trying to eat more of everything good. The good news is, my stomach seems to be tolerating more kinds of foods without getting all upset. So it makes it a bit easier to eat. I just noticed this within the last week.
I did get myself a little at-goal "reward". I got my belly-button re-pierced. And it looks SO much better than it did the last time I did it 80 lbs. heavier! I'm thinking this will heal up nice this time. With no fat roll to cover it up...
Wow Skinny Kimmy!
you are still losing! That is CRAZY!
YOU REALLY SAILED THROUGH TO YOUR GOAL! (not saying that you didn't struggle a bit - at all) Is that you are still losing 3 pounds at goal making you nervous???? What does your NUT / Surgeon say????
yippee on your 84 pounds weght loss
hugs,
Britt
Everything is fine and not to worry. This will happen. I will bounce back after I get past the losing phase. I guess I won't start to panic unless I get below 110. I actually was 106 when I got married the first time, so these weights shouldn't really scare me. I guess I was a "small" person, but I just forgot what that was like!
